+ You can request your portrait in 5x5, 8x10, or 11x14. All files will be JPEG unless otherwise requested.
+ SIMPLE backgrounds only. Stripes, Dots, or plain. If you need a more intricate background, please message me.
+ turnaround time is 15-21 business days. please message me if you need a rush order

+ use the drop-down menu to select the number of people/pets in your order. purchase the portrait you would like.
+ send me a private message on Etsy with photos of each pet you would like to be included in your portrait along with any specifics/background color/any special details, and which size portrait (5x5, 8x10 or 11x14) you would like. the more details you provide, the more accurate your portrait will be!
+ i'll send you a rough draft/sketch version of the portrait within 6-10 days of ordering so that you can request changes and approve the draft before i finalize your portrait.
+ once approved
+ finished, i'll send you the high-resolution digital file to your email.
