+ You can request your portrait in 5x5, 8x10, or 11x14. All files will be JPEG unless otherwise requested.
+ SIMPLE backgrounds only. Stripes, Dots, or plain. If you need a more intricate background, please message me.
+ turnaround time is 15-21 business days. please message me if you need a rush order

+ use the drop-down menu to select the number of people/pets in your order. purchase the portrait you would like.
+ send me a private message within 48 hours of ordering on Etsy with photos of each person/pet you would like to be included in your portrait along with any specifics/background color/poses you would like to see each person in, any special details, and which size portrait (5x5, 8x10 or 11x14) you would like. the more details you provide, the more accurate your portrait will be!
+ if i don’t have the images within 48 hours it can delay your portrait and will push back your delivery date.
+ i'll send you a rough draft/sketch version of the portrait within 6-10 days of ordering so that you can request changes and approve the draft before i finalize your portrait.
+ once approved + finished, i'll send you the high-resolution digital file to your email. + for orders of 10 or more, please message me for easier checkout experience
